Cancellation Policy
Plans change, and I understand that. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase at hello@nimashaperera.com. Because each original painting and print is prepared for shipment promptly, often the next business day, I'm unable to cancel orders after this window.

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, as described in my Returns & Refunds policy.

For custom or commissioned paintings, please note that work often begins soon after your order, so cancellations may not be possible once the piece is underway. If you're unsure, just reach out and I'll let you know the status of your commission.
