Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on all original paintings.

Processing time
Original paintings and prints are dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Original paintings
Original paintings ship via DHL Express Worldwide, fully tracked and insured, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Each piece is carefully packaged in protective layers within a sturdy, rigid box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You'll receive tracking details by email once your artwork is on its way.

Prints
Art prints are made to order through my print partner and shipped at a flat standard rate. Please allow 5–20 business days for delivery after fulfilment, depending on your location.

Custom oil paintings
Shipping for custom oil paintings is calculated at the time of shipment. You'll receive a separate invoice for the shipping cost along with any remaining balance. If you ordered a custom painting alongside other items and paid shipping at checkout, the final shipping cost will be adjusted to include the custom piece, and I'll send an invoice for the difference.

Import duties & taxes (international orders)
Prices at checkout don't include any import duties, customs fees, or taxes your country may charge when the artwork arrives. Good news for art lovers: original paintings are duty-free in most countries, including the US, UK, and EU, so in most cases nothing extra applies. However, some countries may charge import VAT, GST, or a small handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority, not by me, and are the buyer's responsibility. If any apply, they're paid directly to the courier (DHL) at delivery. If you're unsure whether your country charges import taxes on artwork, I'm happy to help you check before you order.

Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, for example because customs charges went unpaid or the address was incorrect, I'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional shipping costs for redelivery may be the buyer's responsibility.
