Original paintings and prints are dispatched within 2-5 business days. 

The shipping costs for custom oil paintings will be determined at the time of shipment. You will receive a separate invoice for these costs, along with the remaining balance.

If you bought a custom oil painting along with other items and paid for shipping at checkout, the final shipping cost of the entire order will be adjusted later to include the custom painting. You will then receive an invoice for the necessary shipping charges.

Each order is carefully packaged in protective sleeves and rigid cardboard within a sturdy mailer to ensure safe arrival.

All packages that are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide, have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Please note that the economical shipping options may take longer, up to 2-3 weeks depending on the delivery location.
