Dispatch times
Original paintings and prints are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days of your order unless otherwise mentioned.
Delivery
- Original paintings are shipped from Sri Lanka by DHL Express Worldwide, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number when your painting is on its way.
- Prints ship at a standard flat rate and arrive 5 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Packaging
Every piece is carefully wrapped in protective layers, with corner protection for paintings, and packed in rigid cardboard inside a sturdy outer box or mailer so it arrives safely.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Because original paintings ship from Sri Lanka, international orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These aren't included in the artwork price or shipping cost, and they're the buyer's responsibility. They're usually collected by the courier before or on delivery.
Original artwork is often duty-free, but import VAT or other local taxes may still apply. If you're unsure, please check your country's rules before ordering.
If a parcel is refused or left uncollected because customs charges weren't paid, the cost of returning it to me will be deducted from any refund.
Custom oil paintings
Shipping for custom oil paintings is calculated when the painting is ready to ship. You'll receive a separate invoice for the shipping cost together with the remaining balance.
If you order a custom painting together with other items and have already paid shipping at checkout, I'll adjust the shipping for the whole order once the custom piece is ready and send you an invoice for any difference.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please see the Refund Policy and email me within 7 days of delivery, keeping all of the packaging.
